Important pieces of information.

1) If this is your first visit to the salon or if you feel you need to review your hair routine, choose the "consultation" service in addition to your package. This service is free. However, it ensures that your hair stylist will have enough time to discuss your hair care routine with you and set what best suits your hair and lifestyle.

2) If you feel that your hair will need more than 15 minutes detangling, please consider booking the "detangling supplement" service as an extra charge.
Indeed, each additional 15 minutes of detangling is charged 30 frs.

3) There is a 20% discount every day of the week (except Saturday) on services for students, unemployed, retired or people on social assistance or AI.
All you need to do is show proof of identity.

4) We practice gender-neutral pricing. Also the "Barber" cut (5-7 cm of hair on the head) is charged 55frs whether you are male, female or neither. The rest of the rates are based on the texture and length of your hair regardless of your gender.

Having curly, kinky or frizzy hair is fun and today more and more people want to wear their curls with natural style. But each time they go to the salon, they find hair-dressers who don't know how to care for, cut, color or style their kind of curly hair. And when these same women and men try to buy high quality products and accessories made specifically for them, they find nothing. What a hassle!

At Tribus Urbaines we propose a solution to this frustrating situation by offering women and men with textured hair (curly, frizzy or afro) suitable quality products, and hair-care services by professionals specially trained to cut, care for, style and enhance textured hair. We also sell a wide range of products on-line made specifically for curly hair.

Our salons are not only places to get quality, specialized hair care services however. They are also meeting places where openness, listening, pleasure and self-love reign. On a bigger scale, Tribus Urbaines is helping to redefine beauty as something more inclusive, while also contributing to important social shifts towards a more sustainable and egalitarian world.

Première expérience au top. On est super bien accueillis et les coiffeuses nous mettent tout de suite à l’aise. Amélie a été hyper professionnelle et m’a donné pleins de bons conseils pour mes cheveux durant toute la prestation. Hâte du prochain rdv ! :)
