Unlike deep tissue massage, this approach is centred more on rhythm, circulation, and overall body activation, while still feeling active and energising.
*Before & After Your Treatment
- For your comfort, I recommend not arriving on a very full stomach. A light meal before your appointment is absolutely fine.
- This treatment can feel active and stimulating, and the body may feel tender afterwards depending on the intensity used and the tools applied.
- After your session, allow your body some time to recover. It is best to avoid intense exercise for the rest of the day, stay well hydrated, and keep movement gentle. A warm shower, hot bath or sauna can feel soothing.
- Depending on the technique and tools used, temporary redness or sensitivity may occur.
